The science of movement

We engineer human performance through a data-driven approach that maps the nervous system and the kinetic chain. By integrating AI-driven biomechanics and neural re-education we eliminate inefficiency and unlock repeatable peak performance — for life and for sport.

Principle

The foundation of human development is data

Most training programmes start with a guess and adjust by feel. We start with a measurement. Every instrument below exists to turn something invisible — nerve conduction, force asymmetry, the sequence of a swing — into a number we can move.

01  /  Recover

NX Pro

FDA-cleared neuromuscular re-education.

NX Pro maps how your nervous system is actually recruiting muscle, then re-educates the pathways that have gone quiet. It is the instrument behind the Recover pillar: reducing pain, calming an over-fired nervous system and rebuilding range of motion that stretching alone will not return.

02  /  Energize

OxeFit AI

Robotics and AI-driven force-plate training.

A private OxeFit station reads force production in real time and adapts resistance rep by rep. It catches the asymmetries you cannot feel — a left side loading 12% harder than the right — and corrects them inside the set rather than months later in an injury report.

03  /  Move

TrackMan & Fenris

Dual radar, camera and 3D capture.

TrackMan produces 40+ ball-flight metrics at the standard used on the PGA TOUR. Fenris adds 3D motion capture of the body producing that flight. Together they close the loop between what your body did and what the ball did — which is the only way to change a swing and keep the change.

04  /  Baseline

VitalScan

Autonomic nervous-system mapping.

Non-invasive HRV analysis tells us where your autonomic nervous system actually sits today — recovered, or still carrying load. It is the first reading we take and the one we return to, because training a body that has not recovered is how people get hurt.

Integration

One file, not four reports

The instruments matter less than what happens between them. Every reading lands in a single member file, so a change in nervous-system recovery shows up in how the strength session is loaded the same week.

01

Measure

VitalScan, NX Pro and the OxeFit strength evaluation establish a baseline across nervous system, muscle recruitment and force production.

02

Prescribe

Your specialist builds a protocol across the pillars you have chosen, weighted to where the data says the constraint actually is.

03

Re-measure

Quarterly re-assessment against the same instruments. Progress is a delta you can see, not a feeling you report.

See what your data says

The 90-minute assessment puts every one of these instruments on you once, and gives you the baseline to train against.
