Warranty Policy
At REM Performance, we stand behind our products. When you think of quality and durability in ATV parts, we want you to think of REM Performance. We manufacture all of our parts in the United States and each part is quality-inspected before it leaves our warehouse. We take pride in our company, our employees and our products and we want you to rest assured that each REM Performance part you receive is of the best quality money can buy.
We offer a full 30-day workmanship product replacement warranty on all of our parts. If you receive a part that does not meet your expectations, contact us for a full replacement. Please note that our warranty policy does not cover the following:

Parts that have been modified in any way, poorly maintained, misused, involved in a crash or accident or used in any way other than intended by the manufacturer

Damage that may occur during shipment (This is covered by our shipping carrier and a claim must be placed with them)

Damage to the surface of the product from an aesthetic view - Our warranty covers functionality defects only

Products that are damaged due to incorrect installation of the product

Any labor that is required to remove, re-fit, re-adjust or re-install any product

Normal wear and tear, including riding in very rough terrain

Any products purchased on eBay or through a non-authorized dealer or retailer

Products lost due to theft or fire

Damage caused by improper storage of our products

Damage or product loss due to natural disasters
We can not be held liable by you or any other party for damage or injuries caused from the failure of our products.
To replace a product under our warranty policy, please contact us by phone at 877-661-7373 or by e-mail at
sales@remperformance.com. When you call, please have your order number or sales receipt number ready. You will receive a return authorization number to write on the outside of the shipping box. Please do not send any parts to us without a return authorization number. Any parcels without a return authorization number on the outside of the box will be returned to you and all shipping costs associated with the return will be charged to your original form of payment. When you return your part to us, please be sure to include the following:
1. The defective part
2. Your sales receipt or order number
3. Your name, address, phone number and/or e-mail address
4. Explanation of how the part broke or why it does not meet your expectations
