Shipping Policy
We ship all domestic orders using UPS Shipping Services. When entering your shipping address, please keep this in mind.
If you have an urgent order, we do offer expedited shipping services. If this is the case, please contact us at 877-661-7373.
Your shipping charges are based on your shipping zip code and the weight of your order. To see your shipping costs, please add your items to your shopping cart and visit the checkout section of our website.
Order Processing Times
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 business days. This means that if you place your order on Monday, your order should ship on Wednesday. If you place your order on Friday, your order should ship on Tuesday.
Shipping Time Frames
Delivery times are calculated in business days. Weekends, holidays and the day of shipment do NOT count towards the delivery time. Please keep this in mind if you are placing an urgent order. We always try our absolute best to get your order to you as quickly as we can.
Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address
Please be sure to enter your address correctly. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders using either the United States Postal Service or Concordia International Forwarding. The shipping service we use depends on the weight and size of your order.
There is a base rate shipping fee of $30.00 USD on all international orders. If your shipping charge exceeds this amount, the additional shipping charges will be added to your order amount. In most cases, you will be notified of the additional shipping charges before your order is shipped.
International Customs
All international customers are required to pay any and all applicable customs duties, fees and/or taxes that their country requires upon entry of goods. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees for international orders. We also cannot estimate any customs duties, taxes or fees. If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact your local customs authorities.
We also cannot guarantee delivery on any international orders. In some countries, orders may be delayed in customs. There is nothing we can do to speed your order through the customs screening process. Please keep this in mind when ordering during the holidays.
