International Payments
We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards only at this time.
We also accept wire transfers. To pay by wire transfer, please call us at 714-241-1451.
International Billing Verification
All international orders, or orders using international credit cards must be verified with the bank prior to shipping. Please allow 2 - 5 business days to verify all billing information.
You may receive an e-mail from an REMPerformance.com representative requesting you to verify credit card information. Due to a high amount of international credit card fraud, this step may be necessary if your order looks suspicious. We take these extra steps to prevent fraud so we can continue to keep our prices low and pass the savings on to our customers.
International Shipping
We ship all international orders using either the United States Postal Service or Concordia International Forwarding. The shipping service we use depends on the weight and size of your order.
There is a base rate shipping fee of $30.00 USD on all international orders. If your shipping charge exceeds this amount, the additional shipping charges will be added to your order amount. In most cases, you will be notified of the additional shipping charges before your order is shipped.
International Customs
All international customers are required to pay any and all applicable customs duties, fees and/or taxes that their country requires upon entry of goods. We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees for international orders. We also cannot estimate any customs duties, taxes or fees. If you have any questions or would like an estimate, please contact your local customs authorities.
We also cannot guarantee delivery on any international orders. In some countries, orders may be delayed in customs. There is nothing we can do to speed your order through the customs screening process. Please keep this in mind when ordering during the holidays.
Refused Packages or Packages Returned Due to Incorrect Address
Please be sure to enter your shipping address correctly. If parcels are refused or are returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original and return shipping charges will be charged to your original form of payment.
